Erin- Lee Kelly, PhD, MA, MEd, NCP, LPC
Dr. Erin-Lee Kelly is a clinical psychotherapist and educator specializing in sexuality. With a sex-positive point of view, she provides compassionate, personalized therapy in a caring environment working with clients around sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. She incorporates a variety of treatment modalities and techniques to support the unique needs of each individual client.
Throughout her counseling career, Dr. Kelly has worked to treat a wide range of sexuality issues using the biopsychosocial model. Among her areas of expertise are sexual identity, gender variances, sexual intimacy, sexual dysfunctions, problematic sexual behaviors, sexual inhibitions, sexual shame, self-esteem, and sexual intimacy and communication. Her clientele includes adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups.
Dr. Kelly extends her knowledge and expertise serving as an adjunct instructor in sociology, group process, human development and family studies, and human sexuality teaching undergraduate, graduate, and doctorial coursework at universities such as Eastern, Gwynedd Mercy, and Penn State. She has been a guest lecture and featured speaker covering a variety of sexuality related topics. She presents the Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR) training at conferences and universities helping professionals to explore and understand their own sexological worldview to better respond to their clients. Dr. Kelly has been featured on the podcast The Landing Strip. She currently serves on the board of directors of Girls Spark, ensuring supportive resources for teen girls facing today’s social issues.
Dr. Kelly is also a forensic psychosexual evaluator and expert witness testifying at Title IX hearings and in criminal court for those experiencing legal trouble related to sexual behavior.
Dr. Kelly earned a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality from Widener University and additionally holds a Master of Education in Human Sexuality, Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Sociology. She is a Pennsylvania state Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Psychologist (NCP).
Wendy Landrian, LCSW
Wendy Landrian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. As a therapist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which she has been practicing since her training in 2008, Wendy helps clients navigate emotional challenges and develop healthier coping strategies. Her approach is client-centered and holistic, incorporating mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, and evidence-based DBT skills to assist clients in finding balance in their emotional and relational lives.
Wendy’s work focuses on empowering individuals to manage difficult emotions, build stronger relationships, and overcome obstacles such as trauma, anxiety, and self-destructive behaviors. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy, tailoring her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Wendy earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and remains dedicated to ongoing professional development. Her compassionate, results-oriented style creates a safe space for her clients to experience personal growth and lasting change.
Samantha Peckham, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Samantha is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience in the mental health field. With a dedication spanning several years, Samantha specializes in diagnosing mental illnesses and prescribing medications to address mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD.
Samantha's approach to patient care is characterized by kindness, empathy, attention to detail, and a receptive attitude. She firmly believes in fostering a collaborative environment where clients feel understood and empowered on their journey to mental wellness. In addition to traditional psychiatric interventions, Samantha incorporates holistic approaches into her practice, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in achieving optimal mental health.
Passionate about mental health advocacy, Samantha is committed to staying informed about the latest advancements in psychiatric care and regularly engages in professional development opportunities. Her unwavering dedication to the well-being of her clients and her community is evident in every aspect of her practice.
Samantha Peckham is currently accepting new patients in Pennsylvania! Appointments are conducted virtually via telehealth to ensure convenient access to care while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Alexis also works with children and adolescents’ families to teach them DBT Parenting Skills, including communication skills, boundary setting, behavioral reinforcements, and coping strategies while raising children who engage in problematic or dangerous behaviors that can become both distressing and debilitating at times. Alexis believes all parents and their children are doing the best they can, and that all individuals can benefit from skills for problem-solving, navigating stressful situations, and learning to “change the script” to reach their identified Life Worth Living goals.
Kaitlyn Tully, BA Cognitive Science w/ Psychological Foundations
Kaitlyn Tully is a counseling intern who is under the supervision of Melissa O’Neill. Kaitlyn’s current focus is on treating adults sex offenders, but she is also expanding her knowledge by focusing on mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Kaitlyn currently works with individuals and groups. Kaitlyn emphasizes compassion and empathy while using a strengths-based approach. Kaitlyn uses an integrative approach using person-centered holistic techniques combined with Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to build healthy relationships, adjust behavioral patterns, and reframe mindsets.
Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science with a minor in Forensic Science from the University of Delaware. Kaitlyn is expecting to earn her Master of Arts from Goldey-Beacom College in May 2025 where she is studying Counseling Psychology. Kaitlyn also received a certification in Mental Health First Aid for adults in 2024. Kaitlyn does not currently accept insurance and sees clients on a self-pay basis. Kaitlyn offers a sliding scale to fit the financial needs of her clients.
Melissa O’Neill, MS, LPC, ACS, CCSOT
Melissa O’Neill-Dobosz is a clinical psychotherapist, and forensic evaluator. As a sex-positive therapist she helps clients explore the parts of themselves that they may have kept hidden due to shame or embarrassment. Melissa’s holistic and psychodynamic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused modalities to help clients achieve balance in their lives and relationships. She works to build a rapport with her clients that promotes growth and change.
Melissa began her career working with juvenile and adult sex offenders and victims of sexual trauma. Since this time, she has expanded here knowledge and her private practice working across the spectrum of sexuality related concerns from sexual and emotional intimacy, to sexual trauma and recovery, to sexually addictive behaviors. Melissa works with individuals, couples, and families.
Melissa extends her expertise teaching sociology and human sexuality at Drexel University and as a forensic psychosexual evaluator and expert witness testifying at Title IX hearings and in criminal court for those experiencing legal trouble related to sexual behavior. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) further certified as a Clinically Certified Sex Offender Therapist (CCSOT). She is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) who supervises clinicians working towards license Melissa is a clinical member of ATSA. Melissa received a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Human Services from Villanova University.
Alexis Lawless, LPC
Alexis Lawless (she/her) is a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in treating teens and adults who struggle with impulse control, problematic sexual behaviors, self-injurious behaviors, mood disorders (anxiety and depression), victimization and trauma (abuse, neglect, attachment issues, community violence, bullying), family/interpersonal problems, and grief. Alexis is passionate about working with individuals seeking relief, open to change, and those struggling with self-esteem and self-image issues. Alexis’s use of mindfulness practice and cognitive restructuring, in combination with providing a validating and nonjudgmental environment, works to help individuals and their families adapt to change, increase self-regulation, and foster connection and trusting relationships. Alexis graduated from Stockton University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with minors in Forensics and Behavioral Neuroscience. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University, and has since gained her clinical experience while working in Outpatient Treatment with individuals on probation, community behavioral healthcare, and Residential Treatment Facilities for at-risk adolescents with mental health issues. Alexis utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities within her clinical approach, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Crisis Management – all extending from a trauma-informed lens.

Sophia Krouse, BA Psychology
Sophia is a graduate of Widener University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Counseling at Immaculata University, furthering her commitment to the mental health field. Her academic and clinical interests focus on working with individuals experiencing emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and substance use issues. She is particularly interested in understanding how evidence-based approaches can be used to support individuals in both clinical and community-based settings.
At Rosetree, Sophia plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. She oversees internal systems and workflows, manages the company’s website and social media platforms, and collaborates closely with our clinical team. Sophia also oversees and supports undergraduate interns, helping to guide their professional development and integration into the clinical setting. As one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, she plays a key role in the intake process, providing information, coordinating next steps, and ensuring a supportive and streamlined experience for those beginning services.
Sophia’s combined experience in administrative operations and behavioral health allows her to contribute effectively across both client-facing and internal aspects of the practice.
